After booking, I’ll send you a confirmation email with details about the session and any prep work, such as submitting videos for analysis. During the call, we’ll dive straight into your goals, questions, or movement needs, and you’ll leave with actionable guidance tailored to you.

For most Quick Calls, no preparation is necessary. However, if you’re booking a Movement Analysis or Technique Check, you’ll be asked to submit short video clips of your movements in advance so I can provide detailed feedback during our session.
