With my expertise as a physical therapist and fitness enthusiast, I’ll create a plan that not only sets you up for success but also grows with you as you progress. Onboarding: Your first step

Getting started is simple and commitment-free!

  • Fill out the no-commitment intake form.

  • Receive program details and pricing via email.

  • Schedule your initial movement screen.

  • Begin by filling out the intake form below—it’s just a way for me to get to know your goals, preferences, and needs. Within 48 hours of submitting the form, you’ll receive a personalized follow-up email detailing your tailored program and pricing. From there, if you feel we’re a great fit and ready to continue, we’ll schedule your initial movement screen via Zoom.

    Once scheduled, you’ll receive a contract and payment details, which you’ll need to review, sign, and return before your movement screen. My goal is to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible—there’s no pressure, just a focus on finding the best way to help you reach your goals!

Movement Screen

Your movement screen is the cornerstone of your personalized program. This is where we dive deep into understanding how your body moves and functions, giving you insights that go beyond a typical fitness assessment.

  • Discuss your goals and relevant medical history.

  • Assess range of motion, stability, strength, and flexibility.

  • Review functional exercises tailored to your goals.

  • During the session, we’ll start by discussing any relevant medical history to ensure a safe and effective approach. We’ll then review your goals and expectations to ensure your program is perfectly aligned with your vision. The assessment itself includes a comprehensive look at your range of motion, stability, strength, and flexibility. Based on your goals, I’ll also guide you through functional exercises that give us valuable insight into your movement patterns and biomechanics.

    This is more than just a screen—it’s an opportunity to understand your body on a deeper level, uncover any areas of imbalance, and set the stage for a program that will help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve more than you thought possible. This isn’t just another fitness session; it’s the first step toward transforming your health and performance.

  • Ensure you have:

    • A stable internet connection and a functioning camera.

    • A clear space to move comfortably.

    • A proper warm-up before the session for optimal performance.

Receiving your program

Once the movement screen has been completed, you will receive your individualized program via email within 5-10 days.

  • Get a written program and video playlist.

  • Track your progress with weekly notes and logs.

  • Request video feedback anytime.

  • You will receive both:

    • A written program that will have room for you to log your weights, notes, and progress from week to week!

    • Access to a video playlist with demonstrations, form tips, and corrections for each exercise.

  • I encourage you to request video feedback at any time by recording yourself performing the exercises and sending it via WhatsApp or email. I’ll review your form and provide detailed feedback and corrections. This ensures you’re executing movements safely and effectively for maximum results.

Follow Ups

Throughout your program, I’ll be checking in regularly to ensure you’re making progress and feeling confident and supported every step of the way.

  • Initial check-in within 3–5 days of starting your program.

  • Bi-weekly follow-ups to review progress and provide adjustments.

  • Final session to celebrate success and plan next steps.

  • A few days after you receive your program, I’ll follow up via video, email, or audio (your choice) to address any initial questions and ensure you’re confident moving forward. Every two weeks, we’ll check in to track your progress, discuss adjustments, and offer encouragement.

    At the end of your program, we’ll celebrate your achievements, gather feedback, and explore next steps tailored to your goals.

I’m not your average physical therapist—I’m a traveling physical therapist, fitness enthusiast, HUGE foodie, and someone who loves to try just about every sport out there (my hobby is trying new hobbies). As a seasoned physical therapist, I am dedicated to helping you overcome challenges and achieve your health and fitness goals with a program that’s as unique as you are.

  • Yes! My individualized training programs are designed to meet your unique goals, whether you're looking to improve general fitness, build strength, increase flexibility, or enhance overall well-being. I create personalized, science-backed plans tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and lifestyle, so you can feel confident, strong, and capable in your fitness journey.

  • Every program I create is highly individualized and tailored to your specific goals, needs, and preferences. I incorporate a variety of approaches, from strength training, calisthenics, and functional movement to flexibility work and skill-based exercises, depending on what suits you best. Together, we’ll design a plan that feels both challenging and enjoyable, helping you achieve your goals in a way that works for your body and lifestyle. If there is a certain style you prefer, please don’t hesitate to let me know!

  • You get to decide! I will make a recommendation based off the goals you list on your intake form and what I see during your movement screen. On average program can vary between 4-8 weeks. In the end, it will be up to you. I will work with you however long it takes to reach your goals. And if your goals change or you want to add some more goals, we can always do another program based on an updated movement screen!

  • Since every program is fully personalized to your unique needs, goals, and preferences, pricing varies. To get started, simply fill out the intake form—there’s no commitment! Once I review your information, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed plan and pricing tailored to your goals.

    While my pricing reflects the value of the expertise and support I provide, I also offer payment plans and scalable options to ensure my services can work for you. My goal is to deliver a program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget while maintaining the highest level of care and quality.

  • The length of each session will depend on how many days a week you prefer to workout. The 3x per week track includes two ~60 minute session and one 45 minute session per week. If you choose to do a 4x or 5x per week track, each session is about 45 minutes. I do not do programs 7x per week because of the importance of having at least one recovery day.

  • I believe cardio is “overdosed” in the fitness industry. In addition to the workouts, I recommend low-intensity cardio (like brisk walking or biking) 10-30 minutes most days of the week. For something a little more intense, you can attempt stairs or the step master!

  • To participate in sessions from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you may be, investing in some minimal equipment can help your workouts be more effective. However, I try my best to be as savvy as possible in using everything you already have at your disposal.

    Here are a few pieces of equipment I recommend to get the most out of your workouts. And of course, I made sure they were all travel friendly.

  • No. Due to licensure restrictions, I am not able to provide official medical advice online. However, I design my programs with a strong foundation in movement science and exercise physiology, ensuring they are tailored to your unique needs and goals. While my focus is on fitness and wellness, I prioritize proper form, injury prevention, and progress tracking to help you move and feel your best. If you have specific medical concerns, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider in your area.

  • Unfortunately not at this time. I can only provide very general nutritional advice. However, I am looking to onboard a nutritionist soon to be able to incorporate that into your programs!

  • To be able to provide consultation nationwide, I cannot take insurance at this time. I try to make all costs reasonable for what you are receiving and making sure that you get plenty of information out of each session.
